We currently produce three series of high performance skid mounted/Shipyard Special BVR units. Our Super Stack, Stack Pack units, and BR430 unit are detailed below.

Our simple single stack skid mounted Combo grit recyclers offers the ultimate in simplicity, performance, and safety. With the single stack design all abrasive recovery, recycling, storage, and blasting are in one convenient unit. By letting gravity do the work we have eliminated several major components thus simplifying the whole process. For the fastest setup with the least down time and the highest production choose the ADI SuperStack.

Our patent pending stack-able modular Vacuum, Recycle, and Blasting skids provide the ultimate in versatility and worker safety.  They can be used individually or in tandem as a system, either arranged side-by-side or stacked for more confined work spaces.  We utilize a clever vertical design for a gravity-fed, single pass orientation without any troublesome bucket elevators.

Our BR430 brings safety and reliability to job-sites with limited space. It’s simple compact design can recycle and process steel grit and non-ferrous abrasives (garnet, aluminum oxide, etc.) all in one pass. Able to be lifted vertically with a crane or with the built-in forklift pockets to make it one of the most versatile abrasive recycling units available on the market.
